Personal data is processed to handle inquiries, applications, profile reviews, matching and placement. This includes form entries and documents uploaded voluntarily. Only authorized people have access in the GTB backend.

Applicant and inquiry data

A communication shall be made only to the extent necessary and on an appropriate legal basis. Application documents shall be stored in the protected upload area.

Translation

With separate consent, free-text details about your professional background may be sent to DeepL for a German translation. Your name, email address and phone number are not intentionally sent. You can apply without giving this consent.

Optional analysis

Necessary website functions can be used without optional analysis. Optional analysis starts only after approval if it is set up in the backend.
