For standard GTB pre-selection, we generally require at least A2 German. Many occupations and employers later require a higher language level.
No. You can start the initial assessment with the information you provide. Documents are optional and are stored in a protected upload area.
No. Placement or employment is not guaranteed. The company always makes the hiring decision.
The competent authorities shall decide. GTB may provide general administrative information but does not replace a competent governmental body.
Nursing recruitment is subject to special fair recruitment requirements, particularly the employer-pays principle. A paid service is therefore not offered to this group as standard.
GTB vocational training placement is free for applicants. There is no placement or onboarding fee for the required preparation and eligibility assessment either. The training company pays GTB placement costs. Individual external living expenses or official fees are not automatically included and will be explained clearly in advance.
Yes. A completed vocational qualification is generally not required to begin vocational training in Germany. School qualifications, German level and other requirements depend on the occupation and the training company.
